DEC. 7TH

The holidays aren’t as merry when you struggle to make ends meet. Help us bring 500 parents and children from Connecting Hands OC for a special day enjoying Knott’s Berry Farm. We’ll also be bringing the children gifts from their wish lists to make the season bright!

CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS

Make a difference by financially supporting a very special day for deserving families.

SERVICE PROJECT

Sponsor families and fulfill their “wish lists” for necessities and a holiday “surprise”.

STAFF HOLIDAY PARTY

Bring your staff to Knott’s to celebrate the season and meet sponsored families.

EVERY FAMILY WANTS TO PROVIDE BEAUTIFUL CHILDHOOD MEMORIES

WE CAN GIVE THEM A HAND

What’s better than spending time celebrating the holidays with your work family while having a private event at Knott’s Berry Farm with first-class roller coasters, stage shows, interactive experiences, and the Peanuts gang? How about enjoying that while sponsoring a family to come along AND making their holiday wishes come true! Spend Saturday December 7th having a blast with your family and staff, NextAce, and Connecting Hands (and don’t forget it’s a tax deduction!)

Beyond the team building and fun at Knott’s Berry Farm, you’ll also fulfill the wish lists of your sponsored family members, to be given at the event. When we receive your sign-up donation, we’ll buy presents from the wish lists for your sponsored family members and your team can help present them at the event. Many of there families are struggling just to afford the basics, and your help makes the season bright for these children!

Spread the joy this year! You always receive more than you give.

“I’m a single mom to 5 beautiful kids. I lost them to Social Services for a year but was able to get them back. We lost our home to a fire and are now renting two rooms. Connecting Hands is my second family and we are truly blessed to have the chance to be adopted for the holidays.”

NOT READY TO BE A SPONSOR?

HELP FILL GIFT BASKETS WITH A SMALL DONATION

As part of the Connecting Hands event, we receive the wish lists for sponsored families and get to make sure the children have something to look forward to, even if their parents can only make ends meet. With your generous donations, we purchase items from lists where the parents specify what is most needed, and create a custom gift basket that they receive the day of the event.

Connecting Hands OC carefully screens and personally works with every family selected for this event, so your donation is going directly to families who will benefit the most.

“I’m a single mom and I had to put school on hold to find more work so that we don’t end up homeless. It’s hard to afford rent, and I won’t have anything for my daughter.”
